Mangave Night Owl PP 38403 Manihot Each slow-growing clump eventually reachesxMangave 'Night Owl', from the work of Hans Hansen at Walters Gardens, is the darkest foliage mangave (agave x manfreda) to date. xMangave 'Night Owl' arose through a series of crosses that involved Agave macroacantha, Agave gypsophila ssp. pablocarilloi and a couple of manfreda species. The density of the large purple spots on this 8" tall x 18" wide architectural rosette is such that the plant appears purple black from a distance.
